San Gabriel Trench Grade Separation Project Dedication Ceremony

The dedication ceremony was held on September 10, 2018.  This marks the completion of the grade separation project. The San Gabriel Trench is considered to be the largest single project in the Alameda Corridor-East (ACE) grade separation program of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments. Major construction of the 1.4-mile-long San Gabriel Trenched began in the spring of 2014.

The completion of the project allows emergency responders to respond quickly to calls on both sides of the tracks, improves traffic safety for those traveling on Ramona Street, Mission Road, Del Mar Avenue, and San Gabriel Boulevard. For more information about the project click here.
